We are now collecting on a monthly basis and due to the distance between 910 Dublin and 3560 Indianola this will have to be the way it stays.

We will now be have to have the money in my hands before the first drawing of each month.

Those who haven't paid will not be included in drawing so be sure to get your money in before the drawing.

If you know you're going on vacation and won't be around to pay then an advance payment can be made.

I will try to remind people to pay one week before by email.

Doing anything with the lottery pool at work is now prohibited... they seem to be making a strong effort to let people know that using City of Columbus equipment (which includes computers) for personal use is not allowed.  I will adhere to this rule. 

Because of this, I will need each player's "PERSONAL" email address AND phone number if possible.

The phone number isn't absolutely necessary.

The money can be delivered to me at work or mailed to me using snail-mail (regular US Postal Service).  Inner Office mail can no longer be used.

How ever many draws there are in a month - that is what I need to collect at the beginning of the month.  Simply count the number of Tuesdays and Fridays and multiply by 3 and that is how many dollars will be due by the 1st of each month.

Tickets will be purchased and be present on the website BEFORE the drawing to keep things honest.  It is sometimes "just before" the drawing but always where the tickets can be seen beforehand.  Anyone can print each page of tickets for themselves at any time once they are updated online.

Proceeds to be shared equally between those who participate by having money in on time.

If the winnings are a small amount the proceeds will go toward the next drawing.  If anyone has a problem with this see me, it isn't concrete and we'll discuss it with the group. 

If the amount won is considerable, the group will decide on the disbursement of the funds.  A vote will be taken and the majority decides.

WHEN WE WIN.... THIS IS HOW THE MONEY WILL BE HANDLED.
